Back to School Excitement

Being back at school and living in a single apartment has had me quite stressed out lately. All summer long, I've been thinking about getting a pet to live with so it's not always so lonely at times. This weekend I bit the bullet and decided to take action. I filled out a pet application for Kalamazoo Animal Rescue and well what do you know, I adopted a new furry friend this weekend. Her name is Rolo and she is one of the nicest cats I've ever met. She is one year old and already seems comfortable around me and my friends. I look forward to having her around and just make things more interesting during the school year. I can't help but shake this feeling that she is going to cause some trouble in the future but lets hope that it never comes to that. For now, things will go however they'll go and I'll play the rest of the year by ear it looks like. Cheers to that.
